Some of the school canteens were given to Cyprus Turkish Education Faundation to run through contractual terms by the Ministy of Education. We have canteens directly run and controlled by our Foundation. We also have canteens that are given to tenders to run the canteens. The Foundation has the ability to build-run-transfer model to private individuals, which are then given to these individuals to run. In the directly run canteens by the Foundation, 7% of the gross income is given to the school administration.

The Foundation has provided the following schools with canteens through the build-run-transfer model:

 

Canbulat secondary school canteen started serving in 2000-2001 academic year.
Sht. Ertuğrul primary school canteen currently run by the Foundation.
Polatpaşa high school canteens.
Nicosia Türk Maarif College canteen.
Sht. Hüseyin Ruso secondary school.
